I now remember the discussion. I didn't realize dslextreme was the ISP.
Ah, remind me please. You agreed and they turned it On, and then Off,
because they saw to much volume? Did they email you? Do you still have a
copy?...
I am just preparing a server which will be on dslextreme's network. I'd
like to know who to contact there ...

They certainly do open it, I think you just hit a script that closes it
again above some traffic volume without anyone with a brain being in the
loop. I repeat it might be a good idea to ask SpeakEasy about the issue,
then when your DSLExtreme contract is up tell DSLExtreme that you'd hate to
have to switch over the issue but you have a provider willing to help
already lined up. That might get someone with a brain involved.
