He's such a prolific writer that we've got to hire him immediately at

First rate.  We want people who will be critical.

The others available haven't written anything on the web and thus may
be illiterate (or afraid to publicly write anything) so we better
hire Dustin since he's a known quantity.

I think that what one has written on the Internet can be a real plus
in looking for a job.  It doesn't have to have the polish that might
be found in something published in print.  And I wonder just how often
a prospective employer will check to see what you've written on the
web (unless you ask them to take look a it).
