It used to be the rule that they just looked for the mailto: but
people figured it out and stoped using mailto and so they started
looking for text at test.text. You can also use and image file with the
text in it without at mailto: if you do not need the easy of a single
click or a cut and paste.

Truefully when I originally started talking about the spiders I was
trying to point out to Tom that there is no reason to put
sgvlug at sgvlug.net on the website(Especially with a mailto:) sense the
list is member only. Just the link to the sign up page.
