It gets even better -- note the e-mail address of the reporter: somethingdumber at hotmail.  The discussion that ensues is good for a couple of chuckles as well...

The gist of it is that, under certain circumstances, the names of websites you've visited could be revealed to other users of the same [windows] computer [though in different accounts]  it's kind of a back-door reveal in that the names of the sites are found under the "don't save passwords for these sites" list, not any specific "history" file or folder.
