[SGVLUG] wget DSLExtreme account statement?

At the meeting, Mike expressed what might have been a loathing of
DSLExtreme requiring him to use WWW to get information about static IP
addresses that they refused to provide via email or voice.  I share
that loathing where it comes to obtaining the monthly statement of my
account there.  So I've been trying to work out a wget procedure to
fetch that statement, so far without luck.  Does anyone know how to do
this?

I've been using the two-stage "--save-cookies/--load-cookies" approach
described in wget(1) for the --post-data option, and working from the
logfile of a successful lynx fetch of the account statement.  The post
data includes login_username and secretkey fields together with
"SUBMIT=Login&js_autodetect_results=1&just_logged_in=1".  It goes to
https://www.dslextreme.com/webmail2/src/redirect.php.  But I'm not
getting any cookies back, nor a page filled in with my user name, just
a repeat of the bare login page.

Last time, I added --referer=http://www2.dslextreme.com/ but it didn't
seem to change anything.

Any ideas?
