You will need to go to the registration page at:

https://www.expotracshows.com/dps/

In the area that says: 
“If you have a priority code enter it here” enter the code 
“DPUSER”

Click on the “Click here to continue>> button.

You will then need to complete all required fields in the registration
form (indicated by a “*”). You do not need to enter your credit card
information in the Payment Information section. Once you’ve completed
all of the required fields of the form, click on “next step”. If you
are returned to the form, then you  may not have completed all of the
required fields.

[ I had to re-click once again and it took it .. no charge,
[ no CC entered ;)

You should then be told that your registration is complete.
