Tragic.

By many reasonable measures, Unix has maintained the same platform for
maybe three times as long as Windows (say 1970 v. 1995).

An educated person should be embarrassed and ashamed to have Microsoft
on any computer.  It reveals a vulnerability to slick marketing.
