I should be able to arrange for an audio recording of the meeting (or at
least this presentation) and if I get my act together, a video
recording.  Of course, this is dependant upon the speaker -- he may not
wish to be recorded!  [note that this is a public event, so I'm not sure
we could stop anyone from making their own recording -- likewise, should
the presenter allow it and we DO make a recording, be aware that as an
audience member you might be seen or heard]
