Hmmm... This is the one that triggered it for the most part (the rest
pretty much cancels out as it only nets +0.4) I suspect this means that

Somehow the server we use got blacklisted? (I seem to recall this
happened 6 months ago or more?) Of course, I also suspect that one of
the things "RealtyBroker" does is sell stuff on the internet, which in
turn means advertising, to some degree, via e-mail. (presumably to
people who are interested in receiving the information they have to
sell...) People do tend to forget that they signed up for something
when they no longer need it, and eventually they start reporting it as
"spam"

Just like I change the outlook "standard 5-line reply block" to
"----- original message ----- of <whomever>..."
[and inner-post for the most part, though I'll top-post when it's
trivial...]
