[SGVLUG] My RoadRunner Cable Connection = kaput!

I've been using Time Warner/Roadrunner cable as my ISP since 2004 now, 
and I've never really had any complaints, up until about 5-6 months ago. 
Now, I can't even stay connected long enough to write an email to their 
customer service because I'm constantly getting dropped anywhere from 
2-8 minutes at a time, about 2-4x an hour (on some occasions).

I too am having severe connectivity issues with RoadRunner. 

I have had AT&T and Verizon DSL in the past and been nothing
but happy with them. 

I am in the El Monte/SGV area. 

I ordered AT&T DSL today and will be canceling the cable internet.
If I can get Uverse then I'll cancel the cable as well. 


I have also tried the various troubleshooting steps that you did
(directly plugging in systems, changing the router etc). All to no avail.
They are having serious issues for some reason. That is for sure.
