Ooh, I can see some really nice racketeering possibilities here.  If I could just get an entire district to cash in on the offers, that's 4000 Krispy Kreme donuts, cups of Starbucks coffee, and scoops of Ben and Jerry's.  A measly dozen districts, and I could threaten to fill up the SGVLUG meeting area with donuts and other perishable sundries....  Oh, the gears of evil are turning in my head.
