[SGVLUG] OpenVPN not seeing anything

Well, I installed OpenVPN with all its defaults on a CentOS server, and then after connecting, I kept a tcpdump session open on both the newly created tun0 interface as well as some of the physical interfaces.  Packets bound for elsewhere in the network just weren't getting routed properly.
