A /real person/ isn't likely to do this, but I could see the possibility
that a script might do this (as a "default" if not otherwise
configured), and even then, this is slightly more pedantic than simply
referring to "localhost", and is actually more work for a script to look
up the domain as an unqualified "localhost" would (should) be
effectively the same...
