[SGVLUG] No Dev-Sig meeting in September

BJ: The Dev-Sig meeting day occurs on the
Labor Day weekend and so the Dev-Sig group
will not meet.

BJ: We are still studying PHP, but adding
other things as they look useful. We will 
do the modification additions to QuickDat 
in October, MySQL after that, and merge 
use of JavaScript and PHP still later.
