[SGVLUG] Can rsync skip the verification?

Any rsync gurus out there?

 

I have a cron task running rsync nightly on a hot backup system to my
ERP(Inventory/Sales) server.  However if a file has changed during the
update, I get

 

WARNING: data/AURMV failed verification -- update discarded (will try
again).

 

I don't want to discard the update.  (Something is better than nothing.)


Is there an option to skip verification?  Or (better yet) give the
warning but not discard the update?
