Would it be okay to cross-post to LAMPsig? We have had several
inquiries about PHP classes or workgroups.

Subject: [SGVLUG] Dev-Sig PHP Class
BJ: I set up two hosted websites for use
by those who plan to attend the PHP Class
at the Dev-Sig meetings. They are
http://sgvlugphpclass.orgfree.com/
and
http://sgvlugphpclass.awardspace.us/
BJ: We can access the File Manager,
upload, edit, and play with PHP programs
through the hosting service utilities
for the respective sites.
BJ: I have uploaded a simple database
system based using CSV files. And have
uploaded php files for the PHP Files
Tutorial from Tizag.
BJ: The database system (QuickDat)is
simple enough for those with some
acquaintance with PHP already to
explain to those us are beginners,
but is usable and complete enough
in itself to be of interest to them
too.
BJ: I propose going through the Files
Tutorial as an preliminary to looking
at QuickDat, and doing other tutorial
lessons.
