Attendees will learn how Knowledge Management at Northrop Grumman has been successfully implemented and what impact has it created on its business. The presenter will discuss the information technology tools used to implement the Knowledge Management System. The speaker will also share his views on the opportunities and threats associated with social media in the work place in general.

He has worked 25 years in different aspects of knowledge management, program and project management, process improvement, and strategic planning in several positions within the heritage Northrop Aircraft now Northrop Grumman Corporation Aerospace Sector.
