[SGVLUG] OT: TARDIS and Dr. Stephen Hawking

If there are any Doctor Who fan's on the list, the next time you are on
campus, check out the the roof of Baxter Hall to see if the TARDIS is still
there.   If you are facing the "Cake-top" building to the north, it's the
rectangular building on your right.  It was placed sometime in the last few
weeks, not sure when it will be taken down but it was still there on
Tuesday.

Speaking of the Cake-top building, Dr. Stephen Hawking will be speaking at
Bechman Auditorium next Tuesday, Jan 18 at 8 pm.

Noted theoretical physicist, cosmologist, and best-selling author Stephen W.
Hawking has returned to speak at Caltech for the seventh time. His free
lecture, "My Brief History," is intended for a general audience and will
take place on Tuesday, January 18th, at 8 p.m., in Beckman Auditorium.
