[SGVLUG] ATT caps now in advertising

Between 4 users at my place with a heavy Netflix and VPN / telecommuting
load, we usually don't use more than about 120 GB total per month (according
to my router), and that's on Charter cable. I'd be nervous if we had a 150
GB cap, but I wouldn't lose too much sleep over it. Besides, what should you
expect with their cheapest data tier? At 1.5 Mbit, it'll take work to hit
that cap, anyway. The thing to watch for is the tentacles further choking
the data caps lower.
