[SGVLUG] fyi - PSU tester for $14.xx

Does this tool go in-line between the power supply and the motherboard
so you can monitor power fluctuations as your hard drives spin up or
does it just give you a bunch of lights saying it's seeing the correct
voltage once you have it send the power on signal?
