[SGVLUG] Ubucon @ SCaLE 11x

I got word from Gareth that Ubucon is a go for SCaLE 11x!

Ubucon is one of the special events at SCaLE, a full day of sessions 
focusing on all things related to the Ubuntu distro.  For 11x it'll be 
held on Friday, February 22.

We have a few speakers lined up, but plenty of room for more.
