[SGVLUG] Linux Capable Backup Person

My small company is too reliant on one person who's done a good job for us,
but for whom we need a backup. If he were to get sick or otherwise become
unavailable, my limited skills would only go so far.

 

The kind of setups he's done for us:

-Gentoo ZFS file system servers

-Cron backups of important data files using rsync

-Virtual machines hosting Windows XP and Windows 7
