Well, yeah.
Given the computing power and bandwidth in a modern cellphone,
it's clear that in the near future, every surface will be covered with
sensors, and that the Borg (or many Borgs) will become omniscient
in certain limited domains like "what cars are where".

Essentially, if it's cheap, it will happen.
