I've been using SpiderOak for offsite backup for my several Linux and
Windows computers.  They have a decent Linux client.

They are a "zero knowledge" provider so everything is encrypted that
leaves your computer and they don't have the key.  Unfortunately their
client is not open source for full disclosure but they have long been
promising to open source it.

They are generally Linux and Open Source friendly.
