I have an old HP workstation that got disassembled while I trouble-shot
what was wrong, but I think all the fancy cooling parts are there. What
was wrong is that the motherboard died, so far as I know, but the rest
should be OK. It was pretty hot in its day, though, and was more than
powerful enough to run current Linux distros (I was using it with Ubuntu
14.04). Twin CPU motherboard that looks like and has numbers that match
this:

Eight 1 Gb sticks of PC 3200 DDR ECC memory, twin 74 Gb WD 10,000 RPM
SATA Raptors that I think were RAIDed together with hardware RAID (so I
suppose you'd have to reformat and lose the windows installation if you
install a new motherboard?), fairly impressive ducting for the CPUs, and
most of all a case that feels like it could not only anchor the
battleship Missouri but would withstand her naval guns. This is one
solidly built case. I probably added the DVD-RW drive. The
centerpiece, of course, is the impressively cooled nVidia Quadro
graphics card. Someone's heavy-duty CAD workstation, no doubt.
Best offer gets everything as-is, ties are first-come first-serve. I
want the space, so no reserve. :-)
Let's say the deadline is the next LUG meeting.
