Ick. It appears that RedHat and CentOS may not be supported. The 6.X
release 'Santiago' was based on Fedora 12/13 (
https://fedoraproject.org/wiki/Red_Hat_Enterprise_Linux) and it looks like
the earliest repo supported by Insyncq is Fedora 17...
Ok, got it working headless:
1) Download and install the bz2 stand alone command line application
% cd /tmp
% wget
http://s.insynchq.com/builds/insync-portable_1.2.10.35142_amd64.tar.bz2
% bunzip2 insync-portable_1.2.10.35142_amd64.tar.bz2
2) Start the service
% cd insync-portable
% insync-portable start
3) Get a Google access token
- Browse to http://goo.gl/kTvy0y and follow the prompts
- Select all and copy the resulting access token
4) Add an account
% insync-portable add_account '<token from step 3>' <folder>
5) Notice that your Google drive documents are mirrored to the folder
% ls <folder>
