So we talked at tonight's meeting and Dave is willing to volunteer his shop
in southern Arcadia. On a weekend we would be able to use the parking lot
for those who do not want to be inside. Dave would prefer September 4.
which is Saturday of Labor Day weekend(but we could do September 11 if
there is a ground scale of people who can't do 4th).

This would be a potluck, Dave has a weber gril to gril things that can be
cook on a gril.

We could do a Lan style survey for what people what to bring or we can just
post to the list that they are coming and they are bringing. Or speak up
that people want do something else.

P.S. Dave only has 6 chairs so if you have camp/folding chairs you may want
to bring it with you.
