[SGVLUG] Stop using vim!

In light of our special guest this week, TJ DeVries the core maintainer of
NeoVim, I challenge you to make the switch from vim to nvim for the next
week.  Then bombard the speaker on Thursday with questions (or complaints!).

I made the switch last week and am finding stock NeoVim to be a better
experience than vim with ten years of "functionality" cruft in my vimrc.  I
think I'm a convert.
